This was our second stay here, still no complaints! It’s a great set up, my husband and I came with my 4 year old and one adult friend so the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ensured plenty of space for everyone. I love the addition of the couch in the master bedroom, it allowed for 5 adults to hang out in there and watch tv as my toddler did his nighttime wind down. Ping pong was a huge hit, and loved the thoughtful touches of beverages and a Brita pitcher in the fridge. This is a great location with tons of good food options, sprouts and Safeway grocery stores and not far from encanto park. Thank you Jimmie for another great stay!

This is a lovely place and we would stay here again. It was easy to book and to get into the house and the house was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was wonderful, quiet, and close to everything. We loved it.

This was one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at! Everything about it was great. I especially loved how well stocked the house was with everything we needed and more for a long stay (new sponges, multiple strainers, plenty of silverware, tons of towels, etc). We could tell that a lot of thought and care went into furnishing and decorating the place. Everything was clean, comfortable, and high quality. The backyard was really nice too. Becky and Jimmie were very welcoming and flexible. I highly recommend this place!

Becky and Jimmie are wonderful hosts. They proactively communicate and are very responsive if you need anything. The house is beautiful and nicely situated in Phoenix to be within walking distance of some great places.

Becky and Jimmie were very welcoming sending emails before our arrival with all the instructions we would need.
They were fast answering every message we sent.
House was clean and exactly as in the pictures and description.

Located to all points Phoenix and so playful. Hosts were very attentive always checking in to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!!

I stayed here with my daughter and 4 grandchildren, the house felt like my home away from home. Great location, and easy access to interstate. Becky and Jimmie were very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Phoenix.

Becky and Jimmie’s house was exactly the way they described it.
Checkin and checkout were very quick and easy to do. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and friendly. Becky always responded immediately anytime we asked any questions. The amenities were a great addition. We enjoyed the fun arcade game in the living area as well as the corn hole and the table tennis in the back yard. Becky and Jimmie had taken the time to put labels on lots of things with clear instructions. Made it very easy to follow the house rules. Lovely and clean home. I plan to stay there every January when it is available.

Upon arriving we excitedly unlocked the front door (the instructions were clear & easy to follow) and once we stepped inside the house – we were blown away! We instantly felt right at home. The house was bright, cheerful & totally welcoming.
The next morning when we found the fridge was full of various juices & sodas & happy to find the fully stocked coffee bar. After coffee on the back patio (our dog loved being able to run around) we stepped outside to explore the neighborhood, which was quiet, clean & situated close to restaurants, coffee shops & even a grocery store.
We loved everything this Airbnb – it was like our hosts had anticipated our every need before we even did, from the fully stocked kitchen to the well-organized closets and the great streaming choices on TV.
A definite 5 - STAR rating!
